I have crafted three services to help you find a methodology that works for you. Each service uses my unique ELM framework to help guide, find grounding and clarity for your next stage of life.
As a qualified life coach, I use transformational life coaching, learnings from my own infertility experience, natural empathy and listening skills to help you discover your identity and not be defined by your infertility.
MY SERVICES

Elm AND BE
A two-hour in-person session, held in Hampshire, surrounded by nature so that you can connect to the healing and grounding power of the natural world.
This session provides a commemoration to honour your IVF or infertility story, marking and validating everything that you experienced throughout your IVF. Following the session, you will receive a gift to reflect this turning point and special time.
Elm and RESTORE
This unique group workshop combines life coaching and yoga to allow you to rediscover a healthy bond with your body and mind, bringing strength and clarity for your future.
No yoga experience is necessary, it’s suitable for all fitness levels. This can be conducted in person in [location] or online. Learn how to love yourself and your body again for wellbeing and embracing the next chapter in your life.
Elm and THRIVE
Personalised support just for you.
A dedicated service to reboot yourself and get back on track for discovering the path ahead. Using transformational life coaching and the ELM framework, you’ll be empowered to embrace life after the challenges of infertility.
Offered over eight sessions, this service provides weekly 1:1 meetings online or in person, with weekly check-in emails to keep in touch and a reflective session at the end to celebrate how far you’ve come.
