As a woman-centred life coach and yoga teacher with personal experience of infertility, I use empathy and deep listening skills to help you in finding your identity beyond infertility and to live a fulfilled and joyful life without children.

A 4-session 1:1 coaching journey (plus a bonus integration session) to explore who you are beyond infertility and step into a future that feels purposeful, alive, and consciously chosen.

A PERSONAL COMMEMORATION
TO HONOUR YOUR INFERTILITY JOURNEY
This two-hour guided session, offered either in a natural setting or online, provides a unique and special opportunity for you to commemorate and honour your IVF or infertility journey.
The guided session offers a respectful space to acknowledge and validate all that you have experienced throughout this process and includes activities intended to gently mark the conclusion of this chapter in life.

TO RESTORE AND REVIVE AFTER INFERTILTY
Through unique group workshops combining life coaching, yoga, and mindfulness techniques you will rediscover ways to achieve a healthy bond with your body and mind, bringing strength and clarity for your future.
