What is THE COMMEMORATION?

This two-hour personal 1:1 guided time of commemoration provides a unique and special opportunity for you to honour your infertility journey.

The commemoration offers a respectful space to acknowledge and validate all that you have experienced. It includes activities intended to gently mark the conclusion of your infertility journey, and pays tribute to everything that you’ve experienced and been through. Following the session, you will receive a gift to reflect this special time. 

The session can be conducted either in person outdoors in a beautiful Hampshire natural environment or online over a video call, in the comfort of your home setting. You will be guided on what to bring with you or how to prepare at home beforehand.

What is included?

Through walking, reflection, visualisation and ceremony, you will be guided to honour your story and mark all that you have experienced. The commemoration provides space for you to reflect and acknowledge your infertility journey, supported by Sarah Elmer, who brings both professional guidance and personal insight into the experience.
