What is elm and be?

Elm and Be is a two-hour in-person session, held in Hampshire, surrounded by nature, so that you can connect to the healing and grounding power of the natural world. 

This session provides a commemoration to honour your IVF or infertility story, marking and validating everything that you experienced throughout your IVF. Paying tribute to everything that you’ve experienced and been through. Following the session, you will receive a gift to reflect this turning point and special time. 

If the location is too far away for you to travel to, we can conduct the session online over a video call, in the comfort of your home settings - you will be guided on how to prepare a suitable space beforehand.

What is included?

This session aims to bring you the space and peace that you need to process and acknowledge your infertility journey, alongside someone who understands your experience and has walked the same path. Through walking, reflection, visualisation and ceremony, you will be guided to honour your story and mark all that you have experienced.
